Oh! Tommorrow I am going away for a few days with some of my flatmates. Four days at the beach. Of course it is a popular New Years beach so it will be busy. But still It'll be good to see the guys again.
Christmas went well. Mairead (my four year old cousin) was very tired. She'd been up since 6:30 opening presents from her parents, so when it came round to opening presents from the rest of the family it was "No! I don't want it!" or "I don't like this!" or in the case of a mug "I don't need this! I've already got one!" Oh the hassles of buying for an only child. But Lyndsay (my 13yr old Harry Potter obssesed cousin) liked the present I gave her. It was a HArry Potter fanfic I wrote. I'm not very good at creative things usually, but when I have inspiration... and besides Lyndsay and I get along and she's a really nice girl, so I wanted to do something really special for her. Of course I am glad she liked it. I just love Christmas. I get to see all my family in one day, usually I only see my Aunts, Uncles and cousins on my fathers side twice or so a year. So that makes it special. And we had Grandpa out from the home for the day. He was in a wheelchair most of the day. But it was good to see him at his home again. He looked happy too.
I hope your Christmas wasn't too bad Jules. Your blog doesn't make it sound tooo good. But I hope you had some good moments anyway.
Nattie I hope you had a good CHristmas too. Hope your family wasn't too unbearable. I hope Luke got you a nice present he he.
And you too Asha, hope you had fun wherever and whoever you're with.
Oh well better go pack all my clothes into my bag so I can get into my bed now.
